Two of the Salon staffers fired this weekwere the founders of the Mothers Who Think section. Chalk one up for the other mothers.

They're also the wives of David Talbot and Gary Kamiya. So if you're a mother who thinks, don't be married to an editor who fires.

I've always thought that Salon should extend that naming strategy and offend some other classes of people by launching Jews Who Spend Money and Southerners Who Marry Outside the Family.

I think I want a job at Salon....firing 13 people to save 7 million dollars? Sounds like the salaries are pretty comfortable over there!
