Win a fantasy career from Yahoo! Dot Com! Oh... did we mention that it's your fantasy career in the military? The US gov't must really be getting desperate, they're also blanketing the airwaves with ads that make the Army look like a thinking man's extreme sport.

Now, if it was my fantasy career in any military, I'd go for it. I've always wanted to be head of the Carthaginian Army in the Second Punic War.

One of my fantasy careers would be working for Yahoo. Last I heard they don't make you shoot nobody.

Lies. Yahoo is by far the most militant of the search engines. Why, they recently wiped Lycos from the face of the earth, sold the janitorial staff into slavery, and salted the very ground where their industrial park used to be.

Now, I think Hotbot and Altavista may unite their militaries in order to survive. Maybe they're hiring mercenaries...:)

Well, that's just this round. Past winners have worked at Sega, Nasdaq, and Ben & Jerry's ...

The irony is that for the first time in about two whole generations, being in the military is a fantasy career that only a small ... and declining ... minority ever get a taste of. This actually has some strategic analysts worried over a government run by "draft-dodgers" and "peaceniks".
