Incomplete Actor pages without the two Coreys. Patrick Dempsey however, is an excellent start.

Some friends and I did an informal poll of most the 80s movies ranking them best to worst. These rose to the top:

1. Blade Runner (Best Movie of the 80s)
2. Raiders of the Lost Ark
3. Platoon
4. Empire Strikes Back

it's hard for me to see where blade runner or full metal jacket are 80s movies, since they don't draw attention to the fact that they were set in the 1980s the way something like, say, fatal attraction or the breakfast club did. your list seems to be made up of movies for the ages which just happened to be made in the 1980s.

Blade Runner - Director's Cut: Yes, please.

Revenge of The Nerds. Hands down. It gave me a shimmering glimmer of hope that I one day would score hot wimmin' when I was a young geek...

krunk -- yes we had that debate and your correct its controversial but we can say the Directors Cut was made in the 80s just not released widely.

pxe2000 -- had not considered that aspect in which case none of these movies would apply.
