Did they miss a country?The Amnesty International yearly report really makes you think about how much abuse, brutality, and persecution is still going on in the world that does't make the daily news.

Yup.

Barbados.

Barbados is a fascinating country. Two-party parliamentary democracy, multiple changes of government, high literacy, high life expectency, few political abuses... and this has been true since I first noticed in college in the early 1980s.

Cool, huh?
