Tell a joke at some musician's expense....or tell a few. Here's something for your favorite bodhran player, or the banjo player in your life. But somehow, the string section gets the worst of it.

Riv: good one. That brings back memories.

Here are some actor and techie jokes, while we're on performing arts. Funny, several of these are the exact same as the trumpet player jokes...

Oh God, I remember the viola joke section from a Dave Barry column around 1995 or 1996. I can't believe that page is still around.

What is a gentleman?
Somebody who knows how to play the trombone, but doesn't.

'Twas n'er a truer word spoken.

And I say this as a former trombone player.

I heard Kris Kehr tell this joke:

I was out driving around with my banjo in the car and I stopped at the mall to do some shopping. When I came back to the car, I found that somebody had broken the window. And put another banjo inside.

Oh God, not more viola player jokes! (BobsterLobster <- Viola player) They're pretty good though...

Did you hear about the bass player who locked his keys in his car? It took two hours to get the drummer out.

Nice one, Dark Messiah.
