Am I incorrect, or is this the same as last year? All of these articles seem familiar to me, but I could not find them in the archives.

I noticed the same, especially the God-sez-'no' and Caring for yer car. Oh well.

Many months ago I emailed The Onion asking that very thing. (I figured at the very least they were sinking into a formula.) I got a response from Scott Dikkers himself saying, "We repeat stories all the time. I'm surprised you haven't noticed until now."

"They do that on television all the time, you know," he added. :)

'The Onion' = most overated site on the 'net. Painfully obvious satire just ain't that entertaining. . .

Oh thank God. I really seriously thought I was the only person on the entire Internet who didn't think that The Onion was the pinnacle of humor. I was beginning to think I had some strange, probably genetic, minor neurological dysfunction.
