Excellent Collection of Interests. After the Metafilter is down thread, I found this really great weblog that I thought everyone would like. Check it out!

Did you ever walk into the middle of an inside joke? You open the front door at the office and everyone is doubled-over, half in tears, repeating "Parking stub! Parking stub!" or some such? It happened to me once with the word "milkshake" and two weeks ago on Miguel's site, with a whole bunch of people in a chatroom using the words "suckling pig" in different ways as a romantic come-on line, in the middle of Portuguese sentences.
Be gentle.
I figured out the context of "milkshake" two days later. It referred to the feeling of driving over a speed bump after consuming a milkshake, and the suggestion that we should have our staff photo taken while doing so.
