When you take a good storyteller with keys to much of campus, a desire to get into everyplace else, and a need to bring about change through "constructive vandalism" and then wait for the statute of limitations to pass, you wind up with the published stories of Stealth Force Beta. Those folks who never had fun in college didn't get isolated in the middle of the desert with a bunch of nerds.

Gee, now I wish I'd been able to go to college. Actually, the story about being trapped at the bottom of an elevator shaft was pretty awesome.

I have come to realize that there are two fundamental rules of covert operations: 1. You can get away with almost anything if you have enough lookouts. 2. At least one major thing will go wrong. Contingency plans--and the ability to communicate those plans to everyone--are essential. We were ready on both counts. Our plan included four lookouts. hee hee. . . :)
