This is almost as good as a game sent me a few years back - the player is an elf trying to put toys together fast enough to avoid getting whipped to death by a manically grinning Santa.

Broke 1500, but I think I'll call it a day, I can't supress the urge to crush the arrow keys once Santa is really drunk, as if my keyboard was some pressure-sensitive device like when you jam a slow elevator button. I very nearly cracked the circuit board beneath the left arrow key. Ah well.

One of the later missions in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City has the player driving a compatriot (who is dying from having blown his own arm off -- for a sense of urgency) while drunk, through city streets. The simulation includes a view that's like a rolling gait (even though you're driving), blurriness of vision, and slow reaction time (about a half a second after you use the controller, the game reacts to your adjustments). I couldn't help thinking of that mission while playing this game.
