how ridiculous. you can't judge a site's effectiveness outside the context of the customer's experience and strategy for the site, so it renders the tool all but useless. yes, there are common grounds for evaluating sites, but you can't simply use a tool like this to solve your problems. best practices for one site are not necessarily best practices for another. it just doesn't work that way.
