GameFAQs has got your back!

Need help trying to beat one of your Vectrex or Apple II games? GameFAQs is the place you need to be. Covering just about any system on which one can play a game, this archive is for the serious gamer in you. Also, everyone should begin pronouncing "FAQ" as "fahh-queue". Thank you.

I already pronounce it that way, slugger ;)

And it's a pretty good resource for discovering the extras you can unlock in newly released games and whether it's worth an extra ten-fifteen hours of your time to unlock.

Assuming you waste that much time playing videogames in the first place. *cough*

Muahahaha! The punmeister strikes again!

Gamefaqs is creepily complete. It's top ten list is also a great view on to what's hot in the gaming world.

I do miss the green screen. I still play Taipan on my Apple ] [ e emulator.

And I'm always at GameFAQs. How else are you going to find all the hidden packages in GTA3:VC? I mean, I have a job and kind of a life. I don't have that kind of time.

another great games metasite is GameRankings, where all the reviews for most console games are summarized neatly. sorta like rotten tomatoes for games, but with a much cleaner design.

gamefaqs and gamerankings are also members of the one-guy-runs-the-whole-thing club.
