Thanks hama7 - always great to see her work, but Dakota continues to be my favorite.

Wow, that 'Bounce' piece would be really interesting if it would just stop that eye-searing blinking. After 15 or 20 seconds of trying to read the thing, I simply had to give up. A shame, as it seemed to be an otherwise worthwhile story...

I am always inspired by her (?) work. The words are never less than thought-provoking, and the musical choices are often positively sublime.

And as for the eye-searingness, if it's too severe, I recommend moving back from your monitor and turning the speakers up a little. (Your work situation notwithstanding, of course.)

I think it's a layer of the flash movie, and probably a condensed mp3, which explains the slightly reduced sound quality.

Dakota continues to be my favorite.

I love Dakota too, and it's further interesting because of its Ezra Pound inspiration. (thanks for the article) And Samsung Means To Come is brilliant too, but frankly I can't find a single one that I dislike.

YOUNG-HAE RIDES AGAIN! woo-HOO!

It's always wonderful to see new work from YHCHI, one/some of the sharpest-writin', syncopatin', perfect-timin' artists I know. Throw in her wicked sense of humor and integrity and Young-hae almost makes the making of art seem a respectable ambition once more.
