Third Circuit panel upholds injunction against Child Online Protective Act,says that "community standards" approach doesn't work in 'cyberspace'. Is sanity breaking out in the federal judiciary?

"U.S. District Judge Lowell A. Reed Jr. said the law was impossible to comply with since Web publishers have no way of knowing when they are communicating with minors."

Sounds like the federal judiciary is sane to me.
