h2so4 is so excellent. Their neologisms are usually hilarilicious. Here's one relavant to mefi:

emoticonoclast. n. an attacker of established on-line ideas and usages, especially those revolving around 'emoticons' such as :)

Thanks for the reminder, homunculus. I had several issues sitting not two feet from my hand as I read your post, and I hadn't added to the stack in too long.

my friend's roommate in college had a subscription to h2so4; i thought it was the coolest thing ever. good to know it has a home on the web.
