I think calling GW stupid is counterproductive....and I'm not convinced that it's true. Dyslexic - probably. Spoiled as a child? - certainly. Dumb?.....he seems to get things done. Not the sort of things I support - his accomplishments generally make me gag - but it takes some sort of intelligence to be effective (though at a certain level, smarts may get in the way)....

Although I actually do think he's a bit of an idiot, I have to concur with troutfishing: calling him an idiot as some sort of fundemental argument against the war is counterproductive. We want folks that don't think he's dumb to at least think that the war is. Calling him dumb is picking the wrong fight: I can see one poster out of all of them taking that route to attract the name-calling crowd... but not all but one of them. If they get a greater variety of posters, I'd gladly download, print, and post.

The famously acid-tongued Christopher Knight (the L.A. Times' art crrrrritic) leads off his review with a nice barb at "the imbecilic plan for war with Iraq." (L.A. Ollybee, that's beautiful. It's great design but still if a poster is going to say something then it's going to have to use what it's got which is basically design. Any one know if there is a larger copy somewhere? I wonder how STC feels about the cafe-press / raw-pdf do-it-yourself mentality of the web. They may very well not want their organization to be plastered willy-nilly by people all over the place. So how much would it cost to throw that on a billboard here in Seattle? $10K 100K?

Yeah Ollybee, that image is really powerful. Here's my favorite slogans gleaned from the photos posted on DC Indymedia from this past weekends demos: "What Would Jesus Bomb?" and "Three Reichs and You're Out!" That last one needs a rimshot.
