I thinks it better than Freenet, etc. because its browser based. Browser based means its easy for Joe User to get. It's actually more along the lines of an Akamai.

Actually, fred (the only currently available implementation of freenet) comes with fproxy, which allows for freenet websites. Still, it's an entirely different kettle of fish to the link posted, and while total anonymity may have its nice sides, it does add a lot of overhead.
