You're all FOOLS if you think you can make a living off of selling this lemonade shit. What's that ringing sound? Oh hey it's the clue phone, it's me on the other end, I'm going to tell you how to MAKE. MONEY. FAST. FREE MONEY CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE! Forget Sugar! Forget Ice! Forget the Lemons! The real money is in designer Cups my friends. Why spend money on expensive lemonade when they'll buy the cups at twice the price? Yes! It's the American Marketing way! You're all sheeps eating from my hand! Just buy 100 cups, set the other things to zero, and sell each cup for 10 to 15 cents depending on the weather, and call yourself something ridiculous like LEMONIKEA or Lemons, Sugar, and BEYOND. Virtual people are just as dumb as real people! Isn't that comforting? I made $300 from the comfort of my own home with 90% popularity (or what we evil marketing people call: Brand Awareness), and you can too if you agree to 30% of your profits to me to use my guaranteed system.

Heh. I remember playing a version of this game on the Apple II back in grade school. I liked it so much that I wrote a version of it for my TI-85 calculator my senior year in high school. My friends liked it so much, they actually paid me to rewrite it for their TI-81s. Man, I'm such a geek.

Oh, I forgot to mention that my version had some fun easter eggs of sorts. Every few thousand days played, a nuclear holocaust would occur. Depending on the fate of the random number generator, you would then either be able to sell tons of lemonade for ridiculously high prices, or you would immediately die and end the game.

I remember playing a version of this game on the Apple II back in grade school. Heh, I remember this one too. Although, I should point out that after you played it a little but, it was pretty easy to figure out what the weather pattern was, because sun/rain repeated at a fixed time scale.

I don't know if the game is buggy, too easy, or if I'm just having beginner's luck. I accepted all the defaults for price, cups, lemons, etc. Every day, I buy the middle amount of ingredients and I make a steady -- but perhaps slow -- profit. My popularity keeps growing and I always have 100% customer satisfaction (even though on rainy days the thought balloons say "too pricey.")
