David Duke, you reap what you sew... And in the words of Nelson Muntz, Hah-Ha!

Interesting, I remember back in the '91 LA governor's election it was between Duke and Edwards. Everyone knew Edwards was sleazy but even corruption is better than Duke, so he won. Looks like Edwards wasn't the only one committing fraud with the boys at the casino! Another interesting thing was Duke got 5% of the black vote. Who were these people? 5%!?!

Here's a nice link to his website, enjoy! (once you are done vomiting please go here to regain your bearings)

Strewth. First time I've looked at a 'hate speech' site. Look at the metatags on the home page! (My cut 'n' paste fingers just went numb with disbelief; just can't do it). You have to really know what you want to Google past there. Last time I'll look at a 'hate speech' site. Some people's 'free speech' I can do without reading. (Not) sad to see him fade away.

One of the pro-Edwards slogans (probably not thought up by his campaign manager) during the run-off with Duke was, "Vote For the Crook, It's Important." Man, I miss New Orleans.

Just to put the kibosh on the sow/sew question - I chose poorly.

"Everyone knew Edwards was sleazy but even corruption is better than Duke, so he won."

Or as Dennis Miller put, the voters chose Mussolini over Hitler.

Ah, David Duke, self-described historian, military cadet, anticommunist, state militia person, conservative, champion of "antiaffirmative action", Republican....

Oh, and "National Director of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan".

Gotta hand it to the Repubs...they really do want to be your inclusive party, eh?

~wink~

And it usually makes me so happy to see Americans speaking out against the war and America's over-involvement in Israel. It's just a little different when they're cross-burning, Jew-hating fagbashers.

On a shallower note, he's really aging poorly, isn't he?

Ummm... okay. It seems to me that anyone running a political party that will only disseminate information by paying for it either has a really crappy information, so few members they have to pinch every penny, or both.

Maybe not follow the money, but ask why they won't give you their set of political ideas for free.

shepd: Makes perfect sense when you say it that way. :)

Off to find the dunce hat.

Vote For the Crook, It's Important
This is eerily similar to the: "Vote for the crook, not the fascist", slogan, heard during the Chirac/Le Pen second round of French elections.

It's the "Big Tent" party foldy! Too bad there's no room for poor, blacks, homosexuals, pro-choice persons and nofundys. ;-)
