Blogs are becoming political tools as Howard Dean's campaign launches the first ever campaign blog. In 1960, television transformed presidential campaigns. In 2000, the Internet played a big role getting out information to voters on the candidates. Will 2004 be affected by the influence of candidate weblogs?
