Just the magazine is new. Soul has been around for years. I've always been frustrated that you can't click somewhere and see who is on the list these days. Still, they do good work.

Their randomly generated "soul of the web" list of sites isn't nearly as good as mefi in providing interesting, thought provoking or strangely beautiful web sites. That is, mefi on a good day. Like when there isn't a war on.
