Wow, that's really cool. Reminds me of a passage in this book, on one application of NYC's zero-tolerance crime policy in the 1990s. Apparently they would let graffiti artists into the rail yards at night, wait as they'd paint a car all up (which could take two or three nights), and right when they were done, just walk over and completely repaint the car. Leave the kids in tears sometimes.
