You're in control. I think this will be the Next Big Thing in Japan.

corporate america will be installing the urinalysis module which detects and eliminates marijuana users via a high-voltage charged grid in the base of the urinal.

Awwww jeezus! What next? I've heard of drinking games, but this.... this....?

More stress in todays world, the more you drink, the longer you play, the better your score.

Just can't get away from all that competition, eh?

speaking of "aim" and urinals...

quonsar you laugh about that shit, but . . . at age 15 in boys' summer camp we decided to get even with the head Ranger from Hell (this guy must've been Hitler's rolemodel, and I say that only because people this evil are by default immortal).

Apart from:
a) taking his car and putting it right between two trees with three inches of clearance on the front and back
b) taking his entire office, piece by piece, and PERFECTLY recreating it out on the floating dock on the lake

there was the time we (ontopic)
c) ran one wire from the horse fence to a puddle of piss under the urinal we observed him use every time when all the urinals were empty, and the other wire up the pipe into the pool of urine at the bottom in order to complete the circuit.

Messy, hard work, (thank God for rubber gloves) to be sure, but his prolonged and agonized SCREAMS of pain and being bedridden for the final three days of camp that year were well worth it.

The next year's kids were faily imaginative (car literally FILLED with horse manure), but nothing beat our third and final trick.

Those whacky MIT students. Seems like further evidence that the MIT Media Lab is on the verge of schism as detailed in the recent issue of Wired. Seems the physicists working in the new spinoff theCenter for Bits and Atoms don't see those synergies anymore . . .

How about a virtual fireman hosing out the fires? I think that would be rather therapuetic.

Best Use Of Integrated Technology Ever. Even better than Weather Toast.

With the price of Mini-ITX and other fully-integrated systems dropping to foolish levels ($80 for a full system requiring only memory and disk), I wonder what kind of foolishness we'll see in the future once that PIC nastiness is out of the equation.

Two problems with their system:

1: You are watching an LCD screen and not watching where you are urinating.

2: It doesn't promote consistent aiming, it wants you to direct your urine all over the place to play a game. How is that promoting bathroom cleanliness? I can just imagine a little kid urinating all over the bathroom trying to reach the sensors that are up high.

Am I the only one who was disturbed by that top photo?

With that bar behind her, some kind of paint on it; it looks like she's holding a blue belt open. You'd think the stream would reflect some light, but she could have just finished up. The colors don't match, and it also looks like she's holding a glass ashtray in her left hand, but still. Then again, maybe I'm the only one who sees things like this. It does look like that girl is pissing in the urinal.

I'm not saying there's any kind of conspiracy behind it, just that I think somebody noticed. It is a very strange image.
