Eh, I just tried it out. It had a hard time keeping track of my nose. It's an amusing toy, but even when I had it tracking me properly, it was not an effective way to control anything.

Maybe if you could use just nod recognition as another input, that'd be interesting. Nodding yes or no (with proper localization, of course) could be used to quickly confirm/dismiss dialogs without using your mouse.

Maybe with this kind of technology browsers will start having a real gesture system.

Nouse may be the first step to something interesting, but my first reaction was that it might be the silliest interface I've seen since the head-mounted mouse.
