Awesome splash page spoof

Awesome splash page spoof of KPMG's marketing-speak site. Of course now that web design is over, I guess it's better that sites start looking alike.

Is that a new word for the Jargon File: FLASHTURBATION?
Or maybe it should be SPLASHTURBATION.
Anyway, thanks Nealie-Bob, for that obscenely funny SLASH at FLASH & SPLASH.

As for the question whether Web Design is ending or just beginning, it's just a reminder to those of us to whom "content" means the written word, not to make our words totally dependent on the design they are dropped into. It helps if your words make as much sense syndicated into somebody else's sidebar, or read off a WAP cellular phone. But I don't think I'll give too much support to the forced brevity wireless devices with teeny-tiny screens may be bringing about. On the other extreme, I personally doubt it'll be really safe to be a bandwidth hog until at least 2005.

Ha ha. Shows what you know. We are all software D-velp-Rs working with recursion and ACKs and NAKs and all. We do design in our spare time just to prove that we have a creative side (other than pickin' the banjo). Woo hoo. When all hell rains sulphur on metropolis- I'm killing your ass first. Get the coolers ma- we is havin a Bar-B-Q.
