Bennett reminds me of Jayson Blair. Neither should have had any doubt that they were going to be exposed (the former for a crippling addiction to gambling and the latter crippling personality disorder that led to a cocaine addiction and pathological lying) but they kept on going as if they could fool the world.

Schadenfreude? It is depressing to see hypocracy on the march, particularly when it undermines what may otherwise be a good message.
