I'm glad I live in D.C. Why? Because we'll never run out of News of the Wierd: "FBI Specialist runs over the foot of a "person of interest" then gets police to issue him a ticket for 'walking to create a hazard'."

law enforcement is out of control. several vehicles, including a dodge SUV, tailing the guy? (guess who's paying for that?) running red lights? this isn't surveillance, it's harrassment, pure and simple. and the "accident" is assault. the FBI agent left the scene of an accident. he damn sure ought to be charged with that offense at a minimum.
