For the record, 3XZ(94Z)4A is supposed to be a special mathematical formula. Johnny Quick's way of aquiring super speed. It was also his daughter's way of aquiring super speed, whose chrome breasts those probably were. It didn't make sense in the comic book world either, but who cares, when mammary glands are defeating the law of gravity? Just throw all common sense out the window. It's fun!
