ohaha.com, wapit.com, zing.com, arzoo.com, dash.com, yazam.com, fizzies.com, flooz.com, qpax.com, zephion.com, zooba.com I miss the days of "crazy, zany" website names. They just reek of 1998. Oh and seeing grandroyal.com listed just hurt. Bad.

No kidding, grabbingsand. My wife was part of the team that started the Portland Kozmo operation, and it was SWEET! I still believe that those guys would've been just fine if they'd stuck to cities with a sufficient density to make their operation make sense (NYC, SF, Portland, etc...) Expanding into "car towns" like Houston and LA just killed 'em...

hey! i live in houston and i ordered kozmo all the time! so did my friend ryan across the street! no matter that they got our similar addresses confused and charged all ryan's orders to my bank card, and didn't refund my money until four months later. i still miss you, kozmo.

All the startups I worked for survived or got purchased at a good price. I'm trying to explain how this means I'm still quite poor. It's possible that means they were all good at exploitng their workers. Or that I am not as sharp a cookie as I thought.
