this reminds me of that story about hugo ball... apparently he and his friends worked a stultifying day job in a factory. to liven up the day, he asked everyone "if you could invent anything, what would you invent?" one of his friends said he would want to invent a machine that would "make the weather". (if you like obscure new wave music, this sentiment may sound familiar.)

I love this picture (Lightning in a Bottle) - does anyone know what it's actually called, who the artist might be, and where it can be gotten without the text on it? I want a big version for my screen background. :)
