Ditto, for the same reasons. I've always been amazed by Sister Aimee.

Not to knock plep's excellent find at all...the site seems to be vintage 1999 and so you might be disappointed by the tiny partial-motion RealPlayer clips of the movies and such.

The "broadcast day" archive is a treasure trove of Golden Age radio programming.

I know I blogged about this site at some point but had sort of forgotten about it until this post. Thanks, as always, plep!

oooh, I love the '30's. As a former film student, the '30's produced some amazing films. Thanks, Plep! I have a feeling I won't get any more done today after seeing this.

Thank you plep...very interesting stuff to surf!

I love the Robert Johnson page, which begs the question - did Robert Johnson sell his soul at the crossroads?
