This is great, but I couldn't get past the first stop-off point. I had the guy smoke up all the weed, and even go on smoking the empty water pipe. I got all the little guys to run around multiple times. Changed the signpost arrow. And changed it back. Still stuck. I don't have time to do the whole thing now, anyway. But it looks beeeeeyoutiful. I'll try back later.

It's beautiful but more than a little infuriating in spots. I hate how the little dude just waves at you when you click on him sometimes. I sympathize with all who are stuck. I want to help with hints, but how resistant are people to having it spoiled for them? I mean, is this valued more as a puzzle to be solved or a story to be told?

Puzzle fans should check out Planetarium. It's been around for a while (even mentioned on MeFi before), but it's one of the most wonderful, beautiful, engaging puzzle stories I've ever seen.

There's an semi-interesting bug on the moving tree page. Our Little Dude(tm) split into Two Little Dudes(R) at the very end, one getting into the Rope-O-Sphere, and the other just sitting there. You could still click on him and make him wave as his clone descended. TOTALLY BIZARRE I am "down" with the people having problems, some of it really isn't intuitive. The first time I did singing goats, it took forever because [spoiler deleted] and who knew that [spoiler deleted]. The second time, whoosh, right through.

Hint: sacling it up as big as it goes helps. A lot of the control surfaces fade into the background at teenier resolutions.

what saved me was turning the brightness way up on my monitor, i was missing crucial visual clues. but my monitor was damn dark before.

Yeah, sound helped. I was still stuck on that first page until I turned it on and found the little guy was speaking to me to give me a hint. The machine room, for me, was the most difficult. There is a clue there in the background. And you have to be able to see the fine details in order to make it work.
