I'm pretty sure this is a double post (from last Halloween), but can't be bothered to look it up. Basically, though, the deal is, don't buy contact lenses at K-Mart, ok? Buy them from an optometrist. It amazes me that people were buying them without getting them fitted in the first place.

Yeah, you don't want to get an amoeba in your eye or anything. Seriously, you really don't. This happened to a girl I know; she was lucky in that she didn't have to get an operation, but even so, the treatment sucks.
