From another cached Seastream page, Seastream's chairman is Chris Matthews, who fits the profile based on the following: Here's a guy using Chris Matthews as a reference, apparently his former yacht captain. Includes Matthews' email address and phone number. See first two items in employment history. Matthews' yacht is "Tosca III", formerly named "Centenarian." See also CV of former Tosca "Stewardess." "Tosca III" is a 36-meter motorized yacht (according to this guy's resume). and participates in this Transatlantic race to the Caribbean. Photo of the boat when known as Centenarian. My bet is on Chris Matthews as the mystery man.

It is Chris Matthews. My WHOIS sluething from earlier brought up those dating services (more likely what some poor soul will be coding for him) and the board link leads you to think text:
