Great find. Thanks, kablam. Some of these are reminscent of--and perhaps influences for--the Frank Lloyd Wright urban designs such as the Marin County civic complex, as well as the unrealized design for Pittsburgh's urban parks and Wright's Plan for a Greater Baghdad, as seen in this proposed plan for Baghdad University.

Very interesting content, very evil site-design.

And why do architecture sites never have decent sized images? Who can read a 360 x 360 pixel image?
