I hope this isn't a double post — the search turned up nothing. Here's hoping...

That lying parrot led me into a trap! Fun game, though.

"The parrot always lies." Got shot right after though.

Eaten by crocodiles. Impressed, but not impressed enough to play it again.

Well, for my part, I'm way impressed. This is fun. I used to love games like this. Thanks Johnny!

That took me way to long to beat. I suck at number puzzles. Cool funky groooovy music at the end Woot. Thanks!

Dag gummit - I went through the whole thing multiple times. I swear I've got all the number puzzles right, but at the end it tells me I've got the wrong answer and kills me. Arrrr.

Please tell me what to do in the room that has the gated door and the "press to open button" way up on the wall. It's making me crazy, it is.

As a Lego pirate, I am happy to be finally recognized here on MeFi.

BigPicnic, use the oar.

But where is the red puzzle?
posted by cx at 5:25 PM on August 30, 2003

i TRIED using the oar, but my dude wouldn't ever take it out? My "o" button seems to work... oh well, back to the lab, I guess.

Also, what cx said.

Red puzzle: in room with crocodile, shark and lots of other stuff lying about.
posted by Hogshead at 7:19 PM on August 30, 2003

If you're having trouble using the oar, make sure you're standing right by the door (and facing it.) Otherwise, I'm not sure what to tell you.

As for the red puzzle: it's marked on the map as the "Shipwreck Room." However, IIRC it can't be accessed from the lower level.

Ok, you'll all be relieved to know that my oar problem is over!
posted by BigPicnic at 8:13 AM on August 31, 2003

My problem is that, instead of using the oar, I was looking around for that dang jetpack. It took me a while to figure out that the jetpack was from the game two posts earlier!

Great post!
