Asteroid orbits Enter the designation or name of any asteroid or comet, and a 3D orbit visualization tool will appear for that object. If Chicken Little had this link he might have calmed down a little. Or not...Find out if your favorite asteroid is about to rock your world.

Very nice, but I got one error message for every screen that actually came up right. Perhaps right now it's overloaded with people trying to get the Web-based lowdown on 2003 QQ47.

When I went there this morning that's the one we checked out. Honestly the simulation was not very comforting.

What does make me scared is I'd guess that the odds of some big object smacking us right out of the blue is less than 1,000,000:1.
