I remember buying this one when I was a kid. I remember it because the cover was so gross (the pizza had little fingers and guts and stuff on it).

I was thinking that, too--what's the cover gallery of an adult comic associated with Robert Crumb, Peter Bagge and Aline Kominsky doing with Mad and Cracked? That apple looks more like an orange to me.

BoredomJockey, you reminded me of the ultimate gross-out for me as a kid: When MAD cartoonists would draw someone barfing, and there'd be little bones, etc in the barf. Good times.
