I can't believe no one has posted this. I can't believe I'm posting this. I can't believe I'm still humming this twelve hours later.

What the hell was that? Does it just loop forever? After the 4th cycle I got bored.

Badgers?

We don't need no stinking badgers.

Incidentally, that's a link to someone elses' copy of the movie, which plays full-screen. On most computers, flash is too slow at that size, and the movie falls out of sync.

The original is down, but you can fix the problem by making your browser smaller and then reloading it.

It's one of those psych experiments that tests how long you'll put up with something that's mildly annoying, right?

I didn't get annoyed, I got bored rather quickly. Perhaps I should hook up my speakers and listen as well to see if I can get annoyed too.

After the 4th cycle I got bored.

You mean you missed the Ben Stiller cameo fourteen minutes in?

Is it friday already? Oh, and the link doesn't credit Jonti, who's better known for Weebl and Bob (and who's site appears to be melting down at the moment, so you can't actually see the badgers, nor indeed, much else there).

Thanks, Mwongozi and inpHilltr8r, hadn't realized it was a mirror. So here's the original of the flash movie (works fine for me); their main site is full of related stuff. Ride that meme for all it's worth, guys!

How about a badger webcam?

Non melting site here, with other things in a similar vein to badgers here. Working Weebl here. This is probably my current favourite, or possibly this, and this is a classic...

Mr Pickering's work previously discussed here and here.

This reminds me of the Lore Sjöberg's classic of the Flash genre, Your Roommate Plays the Indigo Girls. (You'll see why.)

May [insert deity here] have mercy on my soul for inflicting this on all of you.

if you didn't sit through more than the first few iterations, you missed the CRAAAAZY bit when he goes

snaaaaaaake

impeccable artistry. i'd buy that for a dollar

"Your Roomate Plays The Indigo Girls" was much better. I think it's the slight randomness. Everytime he fucks up I laugh. I'm still waiting for it to stop being funny. Oh man.

hey, at least my evil satan child baby quieted down while she was watching it

Strangely hypnotic. I let it go on for quite awhile, just to see if anything else would happen. Nothing did. I am the walrus.

Elimination of 'Jump Around' angers students
The student sections at Saturday's football game were surprised when the song "Jump Around," by House of Pain, was not played. Many sat in protest of the song's elimination and yelled obscenities at the sound technician.

According to Steve Malchow, assistant athletic director of communications, the song, traditionally played before the fourth quarter, was excluded due to complaints received from some patrons regarding the song's content and also to ensure student safety.

Since Camp Randall is undergoing major skybox renovations, Malchow said UW-Madison athletic administrators agreed it is a necessary safety precaution to exclude "Jump Around" in an effort to keep students from getting dangerously rowdy.
