they ask me whether I am from the east or west side of the city Makes perfect sense to me. Bruce Lee is from the east but was also able to make it big in the west. So in a sense, Bruce Lee is from both the east and the west.

While I was a bit puzzled at first, after reading the article I would have to agree with the choice of a Bruce Lee statue for the city. Actually, if they build it, I will make an effort to visit it someday.
