CatchPhrase BuzzWord of the NanoSecond - issue terrain i.e.: "The issue terrain favors us enormously." LOL! I can't stop laughing! issue terrain! What? They have men sitting in little smokefilled rooms coming up with these things? "The political climate is bad for Gore (brrr!), but how about his issue terrain?" "Oh that's good! No one knows what that is yet cuz we haven't defined it, so naturally his issue terrain is good!" ROTFLMAO!

issue terrain? hmm... somehow I like the word "webmaster" better. Or, "In other news, Al Gore completed his 5-point gold certification from DeVry Institute of New Jersey, and is now a certified 'webmaster' -shot of Al siting at a computer- 'I'm making my website, it'll implement 'java-applets' and 'tables', it's actually kind of hard to get it to work, so, I'm going to have to set up a 'java script' that will detect your 'brow-ser' 'ahem' --shot of Al at a computer-- , --shot of Al's website, filled with random animated gifs, horizontal lines, and grey-bordered tables and a pig .jpeg of his face" Haha.

Scarily, this isn't a totally new phrase. A Google search pulls up a whopping 29 hits, the oldest seeming to be January 1998.
