This would have more merit if it had a link after every quote. It's hard to do (prettily) in the print edition, but it's easy to do in the online version. I mean, why should I have to hunt down all of those lies to ascertain if they're lies or just statements out of context, true-at-the-time, etc, ?

No, Harper's has not embraced the Internet Age. (For a variety of reasons, and I'm willing to give them a break because they've been at it for so long.) But Snopes has.
