15kg is widely considered to be the minimum amount of material for a decent nuclear bomb. Too little material will result in in dirty-bomb type explosions without the full process of a true nuclear detonation taking place. This being much less useful for someone wanted to cause extreme damage and/or radioactive contamination.

I wanted to post a link to an article here, but I could not find the thing... thought I had it bookmarked. At any rate, it discussed how 5kg of plutonium + 15kg of enriched uranium would allow a terrorist to create a bomb roughly equal to the two dropped on Japan by the United States.

So when i'm sweeping the garbage out of the basement in my Armani

this translates that you are using counter-surveillance equipment to look for a Cheap Italian listening device in premises.

before i go to the market for beef, which i will prepare with a Ronco vegematic,

this means before leaving the scene, you replace the bug with a similar bug (only better) to fool Italian spies.

fissionable quiche is a band name waiting to happen... anyone?

I've heard of spook words used as signature files in email, but not quite so much in meta tags, which is actually a big 'duh' for me. Nevertheless, I found these lists as fascinating as they seem silly.

Does anyone really have any hard evidence that Echelon tracks websites/email?

Are meta tags still used? My understanding is that search engines stopped taking much notice of keywords in meta tags a long time ago and I would assume that any half-way intelligent spy agency would be working on basically the same technology.
