Schnauzer: It's not in Google's reverse-lookup either (although if you search for it, it does return the Fox News story). It doesn't appear to be a cellphone. Telcodata.us says the 703-519 block belongs to Verizon (not Wireless).

This was pretty juvenile by Fox. Carlson's got a wife and kids, kids who had to answer the phone to rabid Fox fans. Carlson gave out a Fox OFFICE number, not the private line of Roger Ailes. If Fox had given out Carlson's office number, it would've been way more appropriate.
