Sick Nick

"Sick Nick" is a cartoon blogby Nikahang Kowsar, the Iranian cartoonist. He drew a cartoon that could be interpreted as an insult to a top cleric, therefore he was arrested and the paper was closed down. He now lives in Toronto, fearing of going back to Iran.

Nick, is Nikahang Kowsar's beloved character. Nick has always been 30 years old! Nick is a journalist who loves Freedom of the PRESS, but has always suffered from powerful officials who hate freedom of speech. He only has a PEN and a NEWSPAPER hat. Nick is married, and has a daughter. Nick's family lives in the land of "NOWHERE", a place in the middle earth where he loves most! Nick is dedicated to all those great journalists who have done their best to establish freedom of speech,dead or alive.
