"mentally responsible for his actions"? Eh? Anyway, how would a dog do the nazi salute? Are they interpretating an outstretched "shake paw" as a nazi salute? Some dogs do that with their paws straight out.

Ruff ruff...like how they play with names/wording. This is over the top, yet looking at this guy's fencing wonder if he is a neighborhood menace, has the same sharp stakes on the dog house too, ouch.
