LEGO Escher is an amazing collection of some of the more famous prints by famous surrealist M.C. Escher rendered in LEGO. There's tons more like this at LUGNET (LEGO International Users Group Network).

Booo! I was mildly unimpressed until I got to this one and said "WOW! Now they've really accomplished something!" - only to find it was done with Photoshop. Booo. Plus it's a double, not that I noticed, of course.

This is very cool, the fact that the guy wrote all kinds of algorithms to model the waterfalls and other "randomness" is pretty impressive. Makes me feel bad for wasting my time wasting sprites in Vice City instead of building these things. This combines two of my favorite things in the whole world, Escher because seeing the impossible is just plain good for the brain to try and wrestle with. And Legos because there are no better toys for fostering imagination in kids. Cool link and its been added to my permanent collection. Now I'm off to check out the Lego Users Group.
