Very cool. An Illinois generator would just have random two-word combinations of "Oak," "River," "Park," "Forest" and "Hills." Or at least for the Chicago suburbs.

It's nice, but I'd like to see a more robust algorithm that would more closely follow our state's heritage of phonetic Native American words (actually, he does well on that), mangled French, and total non-sequiturs (like Embarrass and Eleva).
