You gotta love English. The sentence is ambiguous. It could mean "(The Grinch Who Stole Linux) via GROKLAW", which I believe is the intention of the poster... or it could mean "The Grinch Who (Stole Linux via GROKLAW)", which is your (I believe mistaken) interpretation...
