You must feel pretty flushed with victory for posting this scoop, PRat. Maybe if they're lucky, they can take the "WTO" acronym away from the World Trade Org, just like World Wildlife Fund smacked down the World Wrestling Federation. "Be it brickbats or bouquets, give feedback to the owner of the toilet," From personal experience, you will NOT save water if you put a brickbat in your toilet.

The "Be A Toilet Ambassador!" slogan frightens me in ways I can't explain...
