a social bookmarks manager

Joshua Schacter, visionary programmer behind amazing efforts such as the proto-weblog memepool, and the geographic website directory GeoURL, has created del.icio.us, a new "social bookmarks manager." As Daypop/Blogdex/Technorati did for link popularity, del.icio.us may help to change the nature of how we share and categorize our favorite websites.

So, in addition to having millions of weblogs linking to the page of the hour, we'll now have a central repository of links to the pages of the hours? Just what I needed.
